About the Band

YekDuy is a London based folk band dedicated to sharing the passion of Balkan and Romani music from Hungary, Slovakia, and Eastern Europe.

​

The band was formed by five musicians passionate about the music of their heritage.

YekDuy are fresh, lively and their upbeat and energetic performances will make you want to dance, in fact they encourage it!

YekDuy means Come, Let’s have fun! which is their motto. The eclectic style, the repertoire and the energy of the performance will ensure you do!
